A huge omelette sits on a plate along side a couple links of sausage and bacon strips, with a bowl of biscuits and gravy sitting next to it. A few hours later and miles later it starts to get dark and I decide that setting up camp is a good idea, so I trek a good hundred feet off the road and set up my campsite. Towards the right end of the room there is a large machine of some sort and mounted on the wall next to it is the largest computer monitor I’ve ever seen.
