Prologue
The setting, New York, early in the summer of 2001, opening chapter in the offices of a medium size Law firm in the South Tower of the World Trade Centre, somewhere up in the highest quarter of the building. “Good morning everyone, I am so looking forward to working with you, thank you so much for making me feel this welcome, I would certainly spend some time meeting with each one of you over the next couple of days.”
