Judi leaned down and kissed her. “He can be so stupid sometimes.”
“I’ve noticed that.” Mel agreed. “She’s tough but not mean. “I’ve never seen it down before.”
Mel bit her lip and thought. “Don’t start anything until I get back.” Then she bounced off to shower. We sat and talked and shared a bottle of wine, then two. I’ll wait till later.”
