I nodded eagerly and we got to work. “Yes, seriously,” I said primly and shook some spices out over the chicken before sliding it in the oven. Tropical vacations were fun, but lugging your stuff up several flights of stairs sucked. “Mmm,” she moaned and rolled head back against the back of the couch with her eyes closed. Now, I was pretty tipsy and glad to sit still on the couch where the room wasn’t whirling.
